Iaido Grading
Ballarat hosted the first Iaido grading under the auspices of the VKR outside Melbourne. A Panel led by Sensei Peter Szwarcbord 6th Dan assessed around 17 candidates from State clubs, culminating in Matthew Deane's (Melbourne Budo Kai) successful grading to Shodan.
